Supply of snacks

Consultation on lab operations
Various problems may arise in running the lab team, such as how to work with Vietnamese staff and how to manage business operations.
If you have any problems, our lab manager will be happy to consult with you, give you advice, or attend meetings to help you solve the problems.
Back office work
Our business administrative staff will take care of all labor-related matters such as employment contracts, attendance management, social security registration, payroll calculation, personal income tax calculation, and tax returns, so you can concentrate on your core business without worrying about other chores.
Consultation on team operations
We will introduce some notes on overseas human resources and Vietnamese management (evaluation systems, wage tables, etc.), case studies of other companies, and communication and management tools used by other companies.
Expatriation and Travel Support
We can assist you with visa arrangements, work permits and long-term residence permits (residence cards) for expatriates and business travelers to Vietnam.

Basically, we ask our clients to prepare their own PCs, equipment, and software. You may bring your own equipment from your country, or if you specify the specifications and budget, we can purchase the equipment on your behalf and charge you the actual cost.
Our service discloses all actual costs, including the salary of the employee to be hired, and we will negotiate the salary with you. Once the candidate accepts the job offer conditions, we will proceed with the employment contract process.

Two-month probationary period is allowed. We will assess skills and personality of each staff, which cannot be determined from an interview, and decide whether to hire you for this position.
After the hire, social security and paid vacation (12 days/year) will be provided.
A deposit equal to two months of the employee’s base salary (Gross) is paid at the time of the employee’s first billing after being hired.
The deposit is returned at the end of the contract period, but if the contract is terminated before the end of the contract period, the deposit is used as a security for the employee.
The deposit can be used to cover the cost of transferring personnel to a new company when the company is incorporated and the personnel are transferred to a new company (lab independence).
Gross salary = Net Income + deductions (Social insurance costs (10.5% employee contribution) and personal income tax (progressive taxation))
We use Gross Salary as the basis for calculating our recruiting fee.
Some candidates may offer a net salary during interviews and salary negotiations, in which case we calculate the net salary accordingly.
